Have a private event coming up? In need of something fun for your guests to do? Drop us a line and we guarantee a memorable experience with one of our talented artists. Our mobile craft event team will come to you and provide 1-3 crafts based on a free experience-based consult with one of our artists. Each consult will be completely unique to you, taking into account the size of your party, the general skill level and age range, and any themes or interests that you have in mind. Our artists will then curate a number of options for you to mix and match from our list of all available crafts, or we will find a craft that suits you.


Each Private Event aims to last for 90-120 minutes. Pricing starts at $150 base rate + $15 per person for a basic package.


We are available for birthday parties (minimum age 5 years) and other private events.

Craft Levels

Our list of offered crafts are dependent upon availability of materials and has been curated based on skill level and assumed time to complete.

Level 1

Level 1 crafts are basic starter crafts that aim to take between 20-30 minutes. Ideas include Creature Mobiles, and Bug Hotels. 

Level 2

Level 2 crafts are intermediate crafts that aim to take between 45 minutes to an hour. Ideas include Tin Can Windchimes and Suncatcher Umbrellas or Wings.

Level 3

Level 3 crafts are advanced crafts that aim to take an hour to 90 minutes. Ideas include Bottle Fairy Houses, Bottle Cap Paintings, and Stuffy Taxidermy

Package list

Basic Package

The Basic Package offers up to three crafts from our Level 1 and Level 2 lists, along with one included add-on. Additional addons are available. Package starts at $150 base price + $15 per person.

Deluxe Package

The Deluxe Package offers up to three crafts that you can select from any level of our craft lists, along with one included add-on. Additional addons are available. This package is priced at $150 base + $25 per person.

Ultimate Package

The Ultimate Package offers two deluxe crafts that you can select from Level 3 of our craft lists, or up to four crafts from the Level on or Level 2 list. This package is priced at $150 base + $45 per person and includes two addons.

Free-for-all Package

The Free-for-All Package offers a unique experience where we bring you tons of different craft supplies and ideas, as well as our tools and knowledge base, and let you go wild with your creativity. Sew, paint, glue, cut, break things and put them back together in a weird way. The sky is the limit at these parties! Pack starts at $100 base + $10 per person for 2 hours of craft time, or $150 base +$20 per person for 3+ hour party.
